Obituary for Frances M. Rodgers

Frances M. Rodgers, 67, of Smock, PA, passed away, Monday, January 2, 2017, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 23, 1949, in Uniontown, a daughter of the late James M. and Thelma C. (Hill) Rodgers.

In addition to her parents Frances was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Rodgers; and sisters, Leona Rodgers and Della Peterson.

Left to cherish her memory, are her children, William M. Rodgers and his wife Angela, of Waltersburg, PA, and Jennifer Williams of Continental, PA; grandchildren Felicia and Faith Rodgers and Gunner and Gage Strickler; sisters, Judith Smitley and her husband Paul, Fredia Ritter and her husband Barry, Linda Simon and her husband Joe, and Kathy Miller; her brother, James Rodgers; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, January 4, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, January 5, until 10 a.m. the Hour of Service.

Mausoleum Entombment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
